How soon can you get here?
We're usually booked 4 or 5 days in advance, but for urgent issues we aim to get to you the next day.

We may also be able, depending upon the type of enquiry, to arrange a remote session over Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or other conferencing tool, or over the phone, to help more quickly, if that's required.
Do you charge out of hours fees?

We estimate each job as required, we try to avoid charging a call out fee whenever possible, but this may be required to cover fuel and time if repeat visits are required outside of the immediate north Cambridge area.

Our fees are very reasonable and negotiable for ongoing support contracts for homes or businesses.

How many computer repair experts do you have?

We're a team of 3 people, each with slightly different areas of specialism but we've all been working in IT for over 10 years, so have loads of experience and expertise.

What area do you cover?

We cover Cambridge and the surrounding villages, but are based in Histon, and the majority of our customers are close by in Histon, Impington, Girton, Over, Milton and Dry Drayton.

We serve the whole of Cambridge, and also out to Ickleton, Quy, Swavesey and Cambourne. 

We can also provide remote support overcoming geographic barries, using tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex and any other conferencing tool you might use.

We even have some customers who like to use WhatsApp and Facetime.
